Sean T. Fromm has over 20 years of experience working collaboratively with clients to address business and mission requirements using Information Technology (IT) solutions. With global experience supporting a diverse group of commercial and federal IT customers, Mr. Fromm brings a unique perspective resulting from his knowledge and extensive experience successfully implementing industry recognized operational best practices. His strengths include the practical application of innovation and the alignment of technology to meet mission and business goals and objectives in the most efficient manner.
Mr. Fromm has held a variety of domestic and international leadership positions at Telligent, Nortel, International Network Services, and ZeNETeX prior to co-founding G2SF in 2008. As G2SF Senior Vice President, he is currently responsible for overall service delivery of enterprise-wide IT Service Management, Mobility, Cloud Computing, Information Assurance, Network Engineering, and Cyber Security solutions.
Mr. Fromm has acquired numerous technical and management certifications including ITIL Expert and ISO/IEC 20000 Consultant. Mr. Fromm holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in business from Maryland and Loyola University, respectively. He is actively involved in the Bethesda, Maryland community, and he currently serves on the board of A Wider Circle and the National Down Syndrome Society.
His certifications include: ITIL v2 and v3 Foundation; ITIL v2 IPSR Practitioner; ITIL v3 Planning; Protection and Optimization; ITIL v3 Service Design; ITIL v3 Operational; Support and Analysis; ITIL v3 Service Transition; ITIL v3 Release; Control and Validation; ITIL v3 Expert; and ISO 20000 Management and Improvement of IT Service Management Processes Professional Certification.
