Gregory C. Smith has more than 30 years of progressive Information Technology (IT) professional services experience in consulting and executive management. During that time, he has specialized in service delivery excellence and the successful implementation of service management and project/program management best practices in accordance with a variety of service related frameworks and standards. His strengths include IT based strategic planning, technology alignment, business and IT infrastructure management process improvement, operational efficiencies, and organizational and cultural transformation.
Mr. Smith held various leadership positions at HP/EDS, and Ernst & Young before serving as Chief Executive Officer of ZeNETeX, LLC from 2000-2008 prior to founding G2SF, INC. in 2008. He currently serves as President and CEO of G2SF, an IT enterprise solution provider and consultancy offering comprehensive enterprise level IT and business solutions.
Mr. Smith is an ITIL Expert, ITIL Service Manager, and ISO/IEC 20000 certified. He holds Bachelor’s Degrees in both Business Management and Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin, and a Master of Science Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Lamar University. Mr. Smith is currently an adjunct professor for the School of Business & Economics at The Catholic University of America.
