Gregory C. Smith – CEO & President

Gregory C. Smith has more than 30 years of progressive information technology professional services experience focusing primarily on IT consulting in service delivery excellence and the successful implementation of service management and project/program management best practices in accordance with a variety of service related frameworks and standards. Strengths include IT based strategic planning, technology alignment, business and IT infrastructure management process improvement, operational efficiencies, and organizational and cultural transformation.

Mr. Smith has held various leadership positions at HP/EDS, and Ernst & Young prior to serving as Chief Executive Officer of ZeNETeX, LLC from 2000-2008 until founding G2SF, INC. in 2008 where he is currently President and CEO. G2SF is an IT enterprise solution provider and consultancy offering comprehensive enterprise level IT and business solutions to the Department of Defense and Intelligence communities as well as other Federal Government agencies. Industry best practice solutions include for example agency-wide IT Service and Project Management implementation, Mobility, Cloud Computing, Information Assurance, Network and Security Engineering and Operations.

Mr. Smith is ITIL Expert, ITIL Service Manager, and ISO/IEC 20000 certified with Bachelor Degrees in both Business Management and Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin, and a Master of Science Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Lamar University. Mr. Smith is currently an adjunct professor for the School of Business & Economics at Catholic University of America.


Sean Fromm – Vice President & Co-Founder

Sean Fromm has over 20 years of experience serving clients with more than 17 years focused on assessing communications and technical requirements and developing custom solutions to suit client needs. He brings a unique business perspective to Information Technology (IT) and best practices with his extensive global experience in commercial and federal IT, Requirements Management, CRM, Business Management, ISO 20000 and ITIL. Sean has extensive experience and knowledge in leading teams in design, development and implementations of technology solutions and IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.  He has helped federal and commercial customers through the requirements lifecycle for both new and legacy technologies to help shape strategic enterprise decisions based on current and future business requirements. Sean has consulted, managed, and filled key positions for numerous organizations on ITSM best practices and IT solutions to include.

Mr. Fromm has lead global assessment and delivery teams for various organizations to not only standardize solutions but to ensure consistency with requirements capture and prioritization across global enterprises. Sean brings a vast knowledge of technology integration aligned to financial and business requirements experience. He understands the need and expectation that technology solutions satisfy requirements in the most cost effective and efficient manner. His ability to engage at the senior executive level as well as with the engineers and end users make his perspectives valuable and insightful.

Mr. Fromm is engaged in a number of philanthropic activities as both an active board member for multiple non profit organizations as well as volunteering within the community. Sean has a successful track record of proposal development and post award management with Civil, DoD and IC agencies.

Clifton Sevachko – Chief Technology Officer

As the G2SF Chief Technology Officer, Mr. Sevachko has expanded and maintained G2SF’s credo by migrating, obsoleting, improving legacy applications and capabilities using cloud based services for G2SF’s corporate infrastructure to support a rapidly increasing, highly mobile, multi-skilled and dynamic user base to meet and/or exceed comparable requirements. A key achievement was fast tracking the migration to Google Apps, due email to provider deficiencies. Afterwards, it was determined the legacy hosted Sharepoint 2010 would not fit nor could it be integrated with Google Apps. To meet G2SF’s need to be agile, dynamic and flexible, he initiated and led the Google Apps migration to Office365 with legacy SharePoint to be redesigned and converted to Office365/SharePoint 2013. Other duties and responsibilities include maintaining IT related services for the G2SF corporate office.

With over 33 years of experience in providing innovative multi-disciplined infrastructure and integration solutions in the Federal Government arena, Mr. Sevachko is a security systems software engineer with experience and subject matter expertise in all phases of IT systems life cycles. He has served in various capacities to facilitate smooth service transitions and consistently ensures client satisfaction in numerous engagements in the commercial, Federal (Civilian and DoD), and State/Local governments. Clif has been characterized as a force multiplier, effectively leveraging team synergies to identify requirements, accomplish mission critical objectives, and ensure results within allocated timeframes.‎
