G2SF is organized into three (3) primary lines of business:

The Service Management Group specializes in IT compliance, governance, performance based contracting, Service Management, ITIL, ISO 20000 consulting, Service Management PMO (Program Management Office) operations, and organizational, cultural transformation. The Service Management Group also provides ITIL and ISO 20000 education and certification training.

The Technical Services Group specializes in network engineering, network security, network management, network operations, and help desk (or service desk) support.

The Enterprise Application Support Group provides requirements definition, installation, integration, development and administration of enterprise applications such as BMC Remedy, CA Uni-Center, IBM Maxamo, Service Now, HP Open View, Alter point, Tripwire, and other Bmarket leading software.

A key company differentiator is that all support is provided in accordance with the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL©), ISO/IEC 20000 standards, and other federally mandated requirements or standards (e.g. FISMA, DITSCAP, NIST). G2SF employees are ITIL and technology certified network and security engineers, service management and ITIL/ISO consultants, application specialists, and senior level practitioners and program managers with years of hands on experience institutionalizing various technology standards and service management best practices.
