G2SF Invited to Speak at Fusion 13 Conference
G2SF was selected to present at Fusion 13 Conference, hosted by the IT Service Management Forum in Nashville TN. Dan Nichols and Christine Meier will be presenting a one hour session on Automating the Service Catalog (Session 401 on Tuesday, October 22, 10:00am - 11:00am). G2SF was one of 72 selected presenters out of over 450 submissions. The presentation will highlight the importance of an actionable service catalog, and explore the challenges, cultural roadblocks and system engineering considerations faced when transforming an organization’s catalog.
